A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Rome!
My recent visit to Pizza Express, located at Via Marsala 34/A-B, 00185 Roma, was an absolute delight from start to finish. Owned by the wonderful Hasan Md Nahid, this restaurant truly exceeded all expectations.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed lunch on August 22nd, 2025, around 1:17 PM. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, making us feel incredibly welcome.
Now, let's talk about the food!
We indulged in a variety of dishes, and each one was a masterpiece:
Linguine Pesto: Perfectly cooked pasta coated in a vibrant, fresh pesto sauce. A true taste of Italy!
Bisteca Manzo: A succulent and tender steak, grilled to perfection. It practically melted in my mouth!
Tiramisu: The classic Italian dessert was divine, creamy and rich with just the right balance of coffee and cocoa.
To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a refreshing Cola Zero/Normale and a soothing Tea. The Arancia drinks were also a hit, bursting with citrusy flavor.
The entire experience, from the friendly greeting to the final bite of Tiramisu, was exceptional. The total bill of 40.50 was more than reasonable for the quality and experience provided.
Hasan Md Nahid and his team have created something special here. Pizza Express is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian flavors and a memorable dining experience in Rome. Highly, highly recommended!- Cibo

Went here 3 times in my 5-day trip to Rome. I absolutely loved the pasta al arabiatta! I've eaten this pasta at more expensive places but not one could beat up this one. The pizza's are very good aswell. The prices ary very reasonable.

We came here twice while on vacation. The food was as good. We order many different things pasta, salad and pizza and all was great. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice and they play good music so that was a plus 💕 When we come back to Rome we will dine there again.

I really loved this place, it was 2minutes walk from the Hotel I stay. And they were open pretty late. The night employe guy from Bangladesh was very nice. I miss it already. Good food and quick service.

Really great restaurant! We ate here multiple times and can only recommend the pizza and pasta dishes! The personnel was amazingly friendly and made our stay a pleasure. You won't regret grabbing a pizza from this place - great taste, huge portion sizes and fair prices! PS: You need to try the chef's homemade Tiramisu.
Great spot for late night food. Rolled in around 1:30am and they served a full menu. Had pizza and pasta, both cooked fresh.
